Another month and another section of free games arrive for Xbox Live subscribers. Tropico 5, Orcs Must Die, and The Escapists are among them.
Ring out the old
December brings yet another collection of free games for Xbox Live Gold subscribers, though it’s not the greatest group. Not that they’re bad games, they’re just not the most… current.
Still, all 4 of the games this month have been hits at one point or another. And there’s one pretty big series represented too, with city-builder Tropico 5. We reviewed the latest game in that set (Trop6), just last year and loved it. So if you are a Live subscriber, make sure you give the fifth named title a shot this month.
As for what else there is, well there’s Orcs Must Die, The Escapists, and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet. All of those are big games that reviewed well at release, so if you haven’t tried one or two of ’em yet, now’s your time.
